Your Cruise Itinerary

DAY 1: From local joining points we cross the Channel and make our way to Cologne to join our cruise ship, the MS Mona Lisa in time for dinner. This evening we begin our cruise as we make our way towards Koblenz.
DAY 2: This morning we continue our cruise along the Rhine before reaching Koblenz. This afternoon is free to enjoy the joys of Koblenz and to discover their Christmas markets, set up in several squares throughout the picturesque old town. We remain in Koblenz overnight.
DAY 3: This morning we cruise through the spectacular Rhine Gorge to reach the popular wine town of Rudesheim where the surrounding vineyards hug the riverbanks. Here the Christmas markets are in full swing with over 100 wooden chalets full of traditional gifts and culinary delights, alongside the famous Drosselgasse – a narrow lane crammed with wine taverns. We moor overnight in Rudesheim so the town can be enjoyed throughout the evening.
DAY 4: This morning we cruise to Speyer from where we join our coach and head to the enchanting city of Heidelberg. Here the well-known Heidelberg markets sprawl across the numerous squares, all under the shadow of the imposing castle. Re-joining our ship we begin to sail towards Strasbourg this evening while enjoying a final night gala dinner.
DAY 5: Arriving in Strasbourg this morning we disembark our ship and make our way homeward, crossing the Channel early evening.
